Delivery & Shipping
For all orders, there is a nominal charge added to your order based on your location within Canada.
Should you wish to pick up your order in-store, please select Free Pickup In-Store option for your preferred location during the checkout process.
We currently only ship within Canada and the United States (some exceptions may apply). International shipping can be made by special request by contacting [email protected].
Tracking Your Order
You may expect your order in 2-21 business days, excluding holidays, for orders placed before 2 pm MST. Should there be any consolidation delays or inability to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our Online Specialists.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number with Canada Post, so you may stay up to date on the status of your order's delivery.
Online Return & Exchange Policy
ReturnsSometimes you change your mind. We get it- ordering online doesn't always work out! We will gladly refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 30 days upon receiving your online purchase.
Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and the return must be accompanied by a valid receipt. espy will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.
Online purchases may be returned to our store location with the original receipt.
Sale items, face masks, and intimate garments purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered FINAL SALE - no exceptions.
espy does not cover the cost of return shipping and the original amount you paid for shipping will not be refunded. Please note that a 5% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund in order to cover our processing costs as a small business.
We are unable to provide price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Need a different size or colour? No problem! Online purchases may be exchanged at our store location with the original receipt.
If you cannot exchange in-store, please get in touch with [email protected] to organize your exchange by mail. Please note that espy does not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges.
How to Request a Return
Exchanges and returns can be made by mail using the instructions below:
- Sign into your account and under ‘My Order History’, select the order containing the items you would like to return.
- Click on the ‘Return Items’ button.
- On the Returns page, select the item(s) you would like to return and why you want to return them. If your item has a defect, please include details so we can work to fix it.
- Confirm your return by clicking the ‘Process Return’ button.
- You’ll soon receive an email with your Return Number and further instructions.
If you did not create an online account and checked out as a guest, your return must be processed by contacting [email protected]
Your Return Package: Steps to Prep
- In the original box your items were shipped in, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in the box, along with the original invoice.
- Bring your parcel to the post office and ship accordingly.
- Ask for signature delivery, to prove your returned parcel arrived safely.
