Shipping & Returns
For all orders, there is a nominal charge added to your order based on your location within Canada.
Should you wish to pick up your order in-store, please select Free Pickup In-Store option for your preferred location during the check out process.
We currently only ship within Canada (some exceptions may apply). International shipping can be made by special request by contacting [email protected].
Tracking Your Order
You may expect your order in 2-21 business days, excluding holidays, for orders placed before 2 pm MST. Should there be any consolidation delays or inability to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our Online Specialists.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number with Canada Post, so you may stay up to date on the status of your order's delivery.
Please note that with an ever-evolving COVID-19 situation delivery times via Canada Post may vary.
We will gladly accept returns of regular priced purchases within 30 days of you receiving your shipment/pickup in-store from an online order.
Merchandise may be returned provided it is in unworn condition with all original receipts, tags and packaging in place. espy will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.
We cannot accept returns on protective face masks or intimate garments.
We are unable to provide price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Purchases may be returned to our store location with the original receipt.
Prior to sending back your return, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please include the following information.
- Sales Receipt number.
- Product item being returned.
- Reason for return.
