1 Shipping
1.1 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Special requests for shipping outside of Canada can be made by contacting us at [email protected].

1.2 How is my shipping rate calculated?

Your shipping rate is determined by Canada Post and your shipping location. 

1.3 My order has not shipped. Now what?

Undeliverable packages

If your package cannot be delivered because you have an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, if you refuse the package or the package is unclaimed, espy will not be responsible if it is lost. Ideally, Canada Post will return it to us, and if that is the case we can refund you the amount for the products purchased, less the original shipping cost and any additional shipping costs resulting from being returned to us.

2 Returns
2.1 General

We understand that things don't always work out when ordering online, so we would like to do our best to ensure that you are happy. Please note: SALE items are final sale - no exceptions.

2.2 Can I exchange my online purchase?

Yes. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can hold the size you are interested in. Alternatively, exchanges can be made in-store up to 30 days of when you received your online order.

2.3 What is the return policy on online orders?


  • We offer full returns on regular-priced merchandise purchased online. SALE items are final sale, no exceptions. Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odour (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets, perfume), having stain or incomplete will not be refunded.


  • Mail the unworn/unaltered item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your order, using a method that provides you with a tracking number (Canada Post offers this service), as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit. Remember to write down the tracking number for your records. As a small, independent retailer we simply cannot cover costs associated with mailing returned items.


  • We will refund your order within 3 business days upon receiving your return.


  • When packaging the items you are returning, please place items in original or appropriate packaging and seal the box or envelope securely.

  • Refunds on online purchases can be made in-store for a full refund.
